Our platform, including all synchronous cohort-based programs, asynchronous on-demand courses, and interactive live sessions, is designed strictly for educational, vocational, and professional upskilling purposes. The proprietary curriculum is architected to facilitate cognitive development, technical proficiency, and career acceleration within the modern digital economy. We employ industry-aligned pedagogical frameworks to ensure maximum knowledge retention.

2. Account Registration

By registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Course Access and Usage

Upon successful enrollment and payment clearance, you are granted a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the Learning Management System (LMS) and respective cohort deliverables. Access parameters are bound by the specific duration of the cohort or subscription tier selected. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, or create derivative works of any course content, assignments, or capstone project templates.

4. Intellectual Property

All pedagogical materials, including but not limited to high-definition video lectures, interactive assessments, proprietary code repositories, graphical assets, and underlying software infrastructure, are the exclusive intellectual property of SkillEdge AI Institute and SHIV SHANKAR GUPTA. These assets are protected by international copyright laws, Digital Rights Management (DRM) protocols, and intellectual property statutes.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
